Product Description

One panel is one of the simplest design of white primer door. Customers can also choose other designs, we have more than 20 sets of designs in different sizes. For most of white primer doors, we can produce in 24’’-36’’(610mm-914mm in width). Door length cannot be more than 2150mm. Because its design is pressed by molds, our MOQ needs to be controlled more than 200 pieces for one order.

Fifthly, it comes to the quality inspection step. We need to check if the board crack, peel, bubble, bend or not, if the design is complete or not, if the white primer surface is good or not. Sixthly, prepare the wooden skeleton with lock block and fillers, using gun nails. Seventhly, put two door skins onto the skeleton by glue, and put it into the cold press machines. One cold press machine can load 8 pieces of doors. One time pressing will cost one hour. Eighthly, clean the edge of the doors because our door skins’ sizes are bigger than the actual door sizes.

The general molded doors are delivered with a neutral white primer. Consumers can color the white neutral primer according to their personal preferences after returning home to meet the personalized needs of consumers.
