One cold press machine can load 8 pieces of doors. One time pressing will cost one hour. Eighthly, clean the edge of the doors because our door skins’ sizes are bigger than the actual door sizes. Ninthly, white prime the sides of the door. Normally, we prime the four sides but if customers want to reduce the cost, we can also just prime two long sides, leaving top and bottom unsealed. Tenthly, quality inspect for the doors. Sometimes, the sides treatment may not so good, and the door surface will have some small damages during transfer, workers need to fix it up. Finally, pack doors up and store them in our warehouse. We have a 5,000 square meters warehouse, which is used to store the raw material and finished products.

The general sizes we do for white primer door is 2000x800x35mm for Asian market, 2040x840x40mm for European market, and 2032x762x35mm (80’’x30’’x1-3/8’’) for US market. The door length range we can produce is 1980-2150mm. The door width range we can produce is 600-1050mm and the door thickness range we produce is 35-45mm. These ranges are for doors with design. If flush design, then we can do 2438x1200mm in maximum.
