Melamine - is a plastic-type resin used throughout the construction process to add durability, and stability to the laminated core. CPL is a surface layer made from continuously pressed laminate.
Continuously Pressed Laminated (CPL) doors have low maintenance surfaces, excellent resistance to the environment and brilliant acoustic seals. The uniformity of these doors, along with the matching frames and architraves allows for a perfect look.
The internal construction of all our flush doors includes superior grade imported Spruce/Pine for the rails and stiles. A choice of infill such as tubular chip board, block board or solid particle board is used to meet specific criteria such as acoustic, fire resistance and weight.
Flush doors are available in an expansive range of grains, texture and colours. The fascia can be selected from Natural veneer, Recon veneer, Laminate & HDF skin or a combination of any of these two.
